Chloe has worked in the fitness industry for several years. Her journey started when she studied classical ballet at an elite vocational school in the Highlands of Scotland at the age of 16. After graduating from her degree at 19, she decided to change paths and focus on helping others gain confidence in their bodies & in the gym.
After becoming a qualified gym instructor & personal trainer, she continued her training and studied yoga & Pilates to ensure clients were getting a well rounded training.
Now Chloe trains in Edinburgh and London through the week and has built her own business called Cultivate where she connects strength training, Pilates, and Yoga together to help people feel good physically and mentally.
Chloe’s services include strength training, nutritional support, postural correction, injury recovery, flexibility training, yoga & Pilates coaching, mindset coaching, relaxation, ballet training, strength training for dancers.
With having her own experience of body confidence issues, low confidence, trying to be perfect. Chloe’s teaching method is all about nurturing and helping her clients grow. Every body is different, everyone’s journey is different, it’s all about helping people grow and feel good.
